This milk chocolate ranks high with 50% cocoa giving you that intense cocoa taste allowing you to appreciate the nuanced taste of this raw material while at the same time keeping it in a smooth and creamy frame so that you get the best of both worlds. In this bar, you will find traditionally processed Fino de Aroma cocoa beans from Ecuadorian plantations. Traditionally often means it is a lengthy process with barely any help from complicated modern-day devices lending itself to a pure taste and this is no exception.
