The volcanic soil of the Huila region in southwestern Colombia lends itself to a specific microclimate feeding its natural diversity and favoring the ideal conditions for the growth of cocoa and coffee of excellent quality. Both of which are characterized by the floral touch and flavor of dried fruits. The contrast between the rich and soft taste of milk chocolate and the fresh bitterness of medium-light roast coffee, adding a crunchy texture, all provide a perfect balance and gradual complexity in the mouth.
