This chocolate is definitely a curiosity. You may be asking yourself, what exactly is ruby chocolate? It is a type of chocolate that owes its pink color to a different processing method of the cocoa beans and contrary to popular belief it is not made from a new kind of cocoa tree. It naturally has a slightly fruity taste profile with a subtle cocoa flavor as well as a creamy texture. No artificial colorants are added. An addition of raspberries elevates this subtle chocolate with its beautiful and intense berry taste.


Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, raspberry – 3% (glucose syrup, raspberries), emulsifier (soy lecithin), acid (citric acid), natural vanilla flavouring.

Nutrition facts per 100g: Energy value – 2325 kJ/ 557 kcal; Fat – 35 g, of which saturates – 21 g; Carbohydrates – 54 g, of which sugars – 51 g; Fiber – 1 g; Protein – 6,1 g; Salt – 0,21 g.

Minimum cocoa solids content: 40%. May contain traces of peanuts and nuts.

Keep in a cool and dry place at 15 – 18 ºC. Made in Portugal.
