This bar has a pretty strong flavour due to its 40% cocoa content. Instead of milk powder, this piece of heaven has been created with dried soy powder. Long conching time allowed for the cocoa butter blending seamlessly with the soy particles, translating into a bar of creamy and smooth chocolate with no dairy involved. Alongside cocoa and soy, this beautiful creation also features some unrefined raw cane sugar. Entirely plant-based and completely vegan! In the aroma, we have a distinct almond with spicy notes (akin to almond gingerbread). The taste is moderately sweet with mild cocoa character, the dominant note of licorice, milky accents, gingerbread spice, and spicy-sweet finish with notes of aniseed.
