The Maya cacao used in this bar creates a mild and surprisingly sweet single-origin chocolate with 72% cacao content. Cocoa from Belize is characterized by an insanely sweet and tangy aspect of tropical fruit. In aroma, you can sense tender fruit mix, as well as subtle notes of olive and cinnamon.
